You can easily remove it using this link. By default, your current public IP address is prefilled in.
After multiple erroneous logins on divers services (SSH, email, cPanel, etc.) your IP address will be blocked on this server. As a result, your website or your email account is not accessible anymore. This might be a misconfiguration on your computer or a computer in your network.
Please note to fix the trouble source too, otherwise your IP might be on the Blacklist again soon.
