Dear Customers. 

Due to an outage last week, and subsequent failure today, our vendor for a backhaul line serving FTTH and DSL Customers, 
has decided to replace the failed router instantly. 

This has now led to a slightly longer outage window today, which we regret but see as outside of our control. 
We are planning a maintenance windows upcoming wednesday early afternoon to replace some components 
to finalize the ring in this datacenter, leading to redundant connectivity. 

We expect another short service outage around 2PM on Wednesday(06.06.2018) for 5-10 Minutes.
